Tiny Prints Holiday Cards {Giveaway}

(Disclosure: I’m receiving free Christmas cards from Tiny Prints but all thoughts are my own.)

I love Christmas. I have been known to decorate on November 1st because I love the holiday so much. Holiday cards though? I never get them out on time! It’s such a long process and I always need to make sure I find the perfect card. This year I decided to start early in hopes that my Christmas cards would actually go out before the holiday :)

I checked out the Tiny Prints website to see this year’s Christmas Cards collection and here were some of my favorites:

There were so many other cards that I loved. This is going to be a hard decision! I love the Christmas ones that share the good news of Christ being born but these “year in review” cards are calling me so hoping I can incorporate both into one card somehow.

Tiny Prints is offering new trim options this year- Square, rounded, bracket, ticket & scallop trim options. They also have new design styles for 2013 – Contemporary, Classic, Vintage, Full bleed photos, All That Glitters, Bold Expressions, Simply Chic, Woodland Wonder & The New Tradition. I like that they have all these options so you can really customize your card. Another thing you can do to make your cards stand out is to add matching address labels and envelope liners.

Tiny Prints also has great photo gifts! Want to make your own Christmas, holiday, or New Years cards? Enter to win below!

Business Card Giveaway {And Some Advice}

Blogging conference season is upon us and it’s important to bring business cards to conferences and events you attend. Having attended a handful of conferences and a lot of blogging events I can tell you one thing that I’ve learned:

Do something with your cards to organize them when you get them or you will probably NEVER do anything with them.

I have close to 200 business cards from various bloggers and businesses and they all sit in a large ziploc bag on my desk. Looking through the cards I can remember great conversations with some of the pr companies and fun nights out with some of the bloggers but with other business cards I look at, I can’t even remember meeting the people.

Here are a few things I wish I had done when I first got the business cards:

1) Connected with people on Twitter so we could keep in contact

2) Separated cards by conference or event

3) Put a star on the cards of people I wanted to follow up with or continue a conversation with

4) On PR cards, wrote down the brands they were there representing

Tiny Prints Christmas Cards

I know! I know! It’s not even Halloween yet and I am talking about Christmas but this year I am going to give myself at least 2 whole months to order, address, and send out my cards. Hopefully this way I’ll get them sent out before the start of the new year!

Tiny Prints has a great selection of Holiday cards (436 to be exact!) and I’m trying to figure out which one to order. I’ve narrowed it down to the following cards:

I like this one. At the bottom I’d put a picture of each boy and then one of them together. I like that they have the ages of the children listed.

***

I like that this one can be hung on a tree like an ornament.

***

I like that this card reminds us of our blessings in life :)

***

The picture in the middle flips…how fun!

***

Which one would you choose??
