The Best Gift For People Who Love To Travel

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post but all thoughts are my own.

One of my favorite things to do is travel. I love going new places with my family and spending quality time with them away from all of the household chores and to-do’s. Though our trips are limited to a few days or a week, I like to keep the memories alive by incorporating bits of my travels in my home. I shared before about some of the travel collections I have, including mugs and magnets, but one thing I always wanted was a giant map to hang and mark our travels on.

I finally found an amazing travel map at 76th & Newbury, an online shop that specializes in custom designs for the home. I love that their maps are made of high quality canvas and can be completely customized. Not only can they be personalized with names, but you can pick the colors of the canvas and the text and choose a quote that’s meaningful to you. Each custom design comes with a proof so you can see what it will look like and request edits if needed. I decided I didn’t like the color combo I had originally requested and asked for an image that was on it to be removed and both requests were done without problem. They want you to LOVE your custom creation!

There are a number of travel quotes I love but in the end I decided to put this one on our map:

I chose to get one of their world maps that I could put pushpins in to mark our travels but they also have some you can put pictures on. I think this is such a cute idea:

Know any newlyweds? How adorable is this personalized map for couples:

76th & Newbury has so many wonderful gift ideas! Do you know someone who would love one of their travel maps this Christmas?

  3. Hi Alicia, did you get the canvas print or the art paper? What size?

You are welcome! I am in love with it! I got the canvas print. Mine is the largest size, 32×48, which is huge. Depending on your space you may want to go with the size down which I think is still plenty big but not enormous :) Ours works in the hallway but it doesn’t fit in the area I had originally thought I was going to put it (which is my fault for not measuring haha). The art prints don’t come framed I think so double check that and keep that in mind if you go that route. If you get one make sure to take pictures and share! I love seeing how everyone personalizes them :)
