Free Chicago Museum Days This Month {February 2015}

One of my favorite things to do when I head to the city is visit the many fabulous museums we have. Every month some of the museums have free days but this month, two of the best are free for the whole month of February. It’s the perfect thing to do on a cold day here in the windy city.

MUSEUM OF SCIENCE & INDUSTRY

From February 1 through February 28, 2015 the Museum of Science and Industry Chicago is offering FREE MUSEUM ENTRY to kids, ages 3-11. (Two free kids tickets permitted per presented voucher with purchase of one paying adult)

To claim this special offer and receive your voucher, visit msichicago.org.  Vouchers for Free Kids Museum Entry must be printed in advance and redeemed on-site at the Museum ticket counter; they cannot be used for online ticketing.

FIELD MUSEUM

All Illinois residents enjoy free entrance to the Field Museum during the month of February which gives them access to most of the permanent exhibits at the museum. Want to check out some special exhibits? Illinois residents have the opportunity to see ticketed exhibitions and 3D films at a special price throughout the month.
