Character Car Seats For Kids

(Disclosure: This is a compensated post. All thoughts are my own.)

My children love going places in the car but I know not all children do. I was introduced to these character car seats that I think would make traveling fun for those of you who have children who don’t normally like car rides. They have four characters to choose from: Dora, Batman, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Spongebob.

The Batman one is my favorite and I know it would be the one Jacob would pick as well (I think Lucas might pick the Dora one). What I love about the Batman one is that Batman’s cape turns into a blanket for the child in the seat. It would be perfect for cold days or even hot ones when kids get cold from the air conditioner blowing. The cape can also cover the metal buckle when the child is not in the seat so it can stay cool in the hot sun.

When it comes to buying a car seat for your child, the most important factor isn’t how cute it is. Parents really want to know how safe it is. This car seat features a deeper seat and deeper wraparound head rest which provide side-impact protection. The seats are equipped with high-density EPS foam which absorbs energy in the event of a collision.

Would you buy your child a Character car seat? Leave a comment below and let me know what you think!

  2. Hi Alicia I stumbled across your giveaway of autismate (a little late unfortunately) but I read that you were not compensated for it. I just wanted to tell you how awesome I think that is. My daughter who is 2 was diagnosed with ASD last week. It hasn’t been easy and trying to find quality apps that are reasonably priced is so hard. A lot of people can’t afford autismate (hence how I stumbled upon the giveaway lol) and I just wanted to let you know that doing that for some family can seriously change the child’s progress. As a parent of an autistic toddler I wanted to thank you for giving that chance to a child with autism. It was really nice of you to do that.

    • Thank you for your kind words. It seemed like a great app and I just couldn’t pass up the chance to give one of my readers a chance to win it since I know how helpful it would be for a family :)
