About Making Time For Mommy

Alicia started Making Time For Mommy in 2008 to connect with other moms. She uses her blog and social channels to encourage moms and remind them to make time for themselves and cherish the little moments of motherhood. Sinisa joined as Co-Author in early 2015 so the blog is playfully renamed ‘Making Time For Mommy….And Daddy, Too!’ This blog includes posts on a variety of parenting, travel and lifestyle topics with a focus on special needs parenting, children’s activities, tips to make life easier, causes we support, Chicago fun and family-friendly travel destinations.

About The Authors

Alicia and Sinisa live in the Chicago suburbs with their family. They are the parents of two active, sports playing boys (ages 6 and 8). When they are not at a game or practice, their family loves to travel, have family fun movie & game nights every weekend and explore the Midwest on day-trips together.

Alicia works full-time from home managing this blog along with running the kids to all their activities. She couldn’t function without her to-do lists and always has a Starbucks coffee drink in hand. In her “free time” she loves planning her family’s next adventure and hanging out in the backyard with her kids. {CONTACT ALICIA: MAKINGTIMEFORMOMMY@GMAIL.COM}

Sinisa works full-time outside the home and does his fair share of running the household. Sinisa enjoys cooking, playing video games with his kids and days where he can relax on the couch with his family. He loves Sobe drinks, making playlists on Spotify, sharing about his Croatian heritage and soccer. {CONTACT SINISA: MAKINGTIMEFORDADDY@GMAIL.COM}

Blog Conference Sponsorship

Some ways that I could work with and promote your company at blog conferences include:

  • Social media consulting
  • One year above-the-fold 125×125 sized ad
  • Posts with links back to your website (one before, one during, and one after each conference)
  • Your company/product’s information on the reverse side of my business card handed out at conferences
  • Social Media shares including tweets, Facebook updates, Instagram shares and Snaps
  • One home party hosted by me demonstrating/talking about your brand with your target demographic and I can hand out samples if you would like to provide them.
  • One item with your logo will be worn during both conferences.
  • Product review and giveaways on my blog

If this sounds like something that may benefit you, please contact me at I am open to hearing your ideas and can customize a package to fit your needs. I was sponsored by New Blog Hosting to Type A Parent and he said that it was “the best decision” he’s made “all century” (his words, not mine)!
