Giving The Gift Of Sleep {Giveaway}

(Disclosure: This review was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Pampers. I was provided the featured product free of charge to facilitate my review, but all opinions are 100% mine.)

By interviewing over 9,000 moms about what was important for their baby, Pampers found the number one unmet need is a diaper that provides superior overnight dryness.  Pampers incorporated this firsthand insight, as well as the brand’s deep understanding of baby and baby’s needs, to design a diaper that both mom and baby can count on for up to 12 hours of overnight protection. Pampers Baby Dry now features a longer, blue tinted absorbent area, more absorbent materials making it 15% more absorbent and new and updated Sesame Street designs that moms love.

Pampers sent me on a mission to give the “Gift of Sleep” to a family or baby in my community. I thought of a friend at Church who is pregnant with her second child. She welcomed my family with open arms when we first came to the Church and coordinated the Special Needs Ministry ensuring that my children would be well cared for in a safe, loving environment while I attended service. I had been wanting to do something special for her and I thought this was the perfect opportunity to do so!

I created a little gift basket for her and the baby including Pampers Swaddlers and Baby Dry diapers along with Pampers wipes. For the baby I got a fleece pair of pajamas and blanket to keep him nice and warm, a rattle to play with, and a rubber ducky for bath time. I chose some lavender scented baby wash and lotion and a snooze wrap to ensure he would drift off to sleep easily.

I didn’t forget about the mommy-to-be either! I am giving her a copy of Dayspring’s Inspirational Daily Calendar with words from Ann Voskamp, one of my favorite bloggers/authors. I also added a teething bracelet for when the little one starts teething. I can’t wait to give her the basket of goodies on Sunday!
